Presenter Guidelines  

Poster Presentations:
There are 5 Poster Sessions, and program information and a map for each session is outlined in the links below.
Poster Session 1 - (Map) - Tuesday, May 11 - 1300 - 1440
Poster Session 2 - (Map) - Wednesday, May 12 - 1000 - 1200
Poster Session 3 - (Map) - Wednesday, May 12 - 1300 - 1440
Poster Session 4 - (Map) - Thursday, May 13 - 1000 - 1200
Poster Session 5 - (Map) - Thursday, May 13 - 1300 - 1440

Posterboard Info:
The display area of the Poster Boards is 8' long x 4' high.   Push pins for affixing your poster to the display board will be provided for you.

The poster display boards will be available a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your poster session.  We ask that all poster presenters have their material in place PRIOR to the beginning of the poster session to which they are assigned.  Additionally, we require all poster presenters remove their material from the display board prior to leaving the Exhibit/Poster area.  Please note that any poster(s) left on the boards will be removed and disposed of.

Oral Presenters:
Presentation materials MUST be sent to patty@stbeventplanning.com NO LATER THAN 1 MAY 2010.  We will accept both powerpoint or pdf versions, but PDF is preferred.
Presenters are requested to submit a one or two paragraph biography which will be submitted to session chairs for introductions.

Author Guidelines

Summary Paper Requirements: Authors must submit a 3-4 page summary paper, including figures. Electronic submission is required in Microsoft Word or PDF using the template found here. The deadline for submission of summary papers is November 30, 2009. The Radar2010 Technical Program will include both Technical Oral Sessions  (including invited and accepted papers) Technical Poster Sessions, and Student Sessions. Authors may indicate paper suitability for a poster format presentation, if desired.  Student papers are strongly encouraged. They must follow the same requirements as above, and must be identified as student papers.  To submit your paper or abstract for the conference, or for assistance with formatting your paper and/or creating a pdf file, click on the button below.

Acceptance: Authors will be notified of acceptance by January 22, 2010. At least one author from each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or who do not arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary/registered author, will not have their papers published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore. 

Final Paper: Completed electronic papers (up to 6 pages inclusive of text, figures, and tables) will be required by March 01, 2010. Site opens for final paper submission on January 29, 2010.
