Exhibitor Guidelines
The Radar2010 Organizing Committee Exhibits Chair, Jerry Genello, would like to welcome your company to apply for a booth in our Exhibitor's Area. General information exhibits that advance radar technology development are solicited for the 2010 IEEE International Radar Conference. Set up adjacent to the technical program, your company will receive exposure to a wide variety of international attendees from government, private industry, and academia worldwide.
At a cost of $2000.00 per booth, our package includes an 8' deep x 10' wide booth space with:
- 8' high backwall and 3' high side drape
- 6' skirted table
- Two (2) opal side chairs
- One (1) Wastebasket
- 7" x 44" one-line ID Sign
- Some meals included
Additional booth materials, services, and power will be available from our exhibits coordinator, The Freeman Company, who will contact you directly once they receive confirmation of your booth reservation.If your company is interested in reserving a booth at the Radar2010 International Conference in Washington DC, at the Marriott Crystal Gateway Hotel, please download and fill out the Exhibitor's Application package and choose one of the payment options below.
Payment Details: Deposit and Balance are accepted in U.S. Currency Only. Mail your completed application with a deposit Check, Bank Draft, or Money Order made payable to "Radar2010", to the attention of:

- Pay online with IEEE/MCM via credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, simply fill out the Exhibitor's Application package (above) and note on your application that you will be paying by credit card and forego including a deposit. Mail or fax your application to IEEE/MCM using the information listed above. Please note that with credit card payments, the entire amount will be charged at one time, as opposed to by check where you can make two payments - one as a deposit and one with the remainder due.
