The following fees apply for the 2010 IEEE International Radar Conference. The registration fee includes attendance at all technical sessions and access to exhibits, Exhibit Reception on Tuesday, Gala Dinner on Wednesday, lunches Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and a copy of the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM. If you are bringing a guest to the banquet, additional banquet tickets may be purchased either in advance, or during on-site registration.

Foreign Travelers and VISA Requirements:
International authors and attendees will need to register for the conference and obtain a letter of invitation stating that you have been invited to attend the conference. You should also review VISA guidelines for your country, and begin the process early in order to meet all requirements. To find out if you will need a U.S. VISA, visit the US Dept. of State web site.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a US$75 service fee on all cancellations prior to 17 April 2010. Registration fees are nonrefundable after 17 April 2010. If you are the only registered author from an accepted paper, you are not eligible for a refund. ALL refund requests must be in writing to IEEE/MCM at the address listed above (email requests are acceptable).
